	Repair Service - Signal Transmitter Our 12 point service and repair process :: Clean the TRANSMITTER and remove all the labels. :: Put the serial number on the main case. :: Inspect the main case for damage. :: Clean and test all accessories. :: Replace the batteries using Varta alkaline batteries. :: Check the battery connectors. :: Bench calibrate the circuit board. :: Test the TRANSMITTER is functioning correctly in all modes. :: Replace all of the labels ensuring the correct serial number and calibration dates are fitted. :: Polish the TRANSMITTER. :: Compile a repair work sheet. :: Issue a calibration certificate. Compile a delivery note confirming the serial number, plant number and the individual cost for each repair. In the unlikely event of a repair requiring extra work we will contact you with the cost for permission to carry out the repair before commencing the work
	Repair Service - Locator Our 16 point service and repair process :: Clean the LOCATOR and remove all the labels except serial number label. :: Strip clean and re-assemble the speaker unit, replace the speaker if necessary. :: Replace the battery holders and batteries using Varta alkaline batteries. :: Check the battery snap, replace if necessary. :: All minor case damage is repaired. :: Replace the micro switch if necessary. :: Replace the potentiometer. :: Remove the circuit board and bench calibrate. :: Check the aerials for any water ingress and damage. :: Replace the calibrated circuit board. :: Test the LOCATOR is functioning correctly in all modes. :: Remove the serial number label. :: Replace all of the labels ensuring the correct serial number and calibration dates are fitted. :: Polish the LOCATOR. :: Compile a repair worksheet. :: Issue a calibration certificate. Compile a delivery note confirming the serial number, plant number and the individual cost for each repair.
